Protein Pancakes…


Easy to make protein pancakes.


1X cup of rolled oats (porridge )

1X tablespoon of cinnamon powder

1X cup of almond milk

1X scoop of whey powder ( I used cookies and cream flavour from )

1X tablespoon of peanut butter ( doesn’t matter if crunchy or smooth )

Oil spray for frying pan 🙂

Topping is your choice. I used honey and blueberries…

Mix everything together using a blender I used my nutraninja IQ. You want it all smooth as a batter. You can add banana or other bits to the mix afterwards to give more texture and taste but I stuck to the plain batter and just added the extras as toppings.

Once mixed cook as regular pancakes and enjoy…
