Protein tray bake

Quick, easy protein traybake.

List:

2x scoops of whey powder ( any flavour i use cookies and cream)

1.5 X tbs of peanut butter (crunchy)

hand full of dried fruit

1X tbs of coconut oil

2X ts cinnamon

2X vanilla extract

1.5 bananas or 1 large

3X eggs

1X tin of chick peas

How to:

Mix and bash it all up

Cooking: 

Bake in a greased shallow tin in an oven on gas mark 4 for about 45-60 mins
